Don and Net Lamb have been married since 1983 and have shared more than four decades of life, faith, and ministry together. Don has helped lead LifeGate since the church's beginning, and together they are passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow in authentic community, and discover God's purpose for their lives.

Don has served in church leadership for more than thirty years as a youth leader, elder, worship leader, and pastor. He enjoys teaching God's Word in a way that is both biblically faithful and relevant to everyday life, with a heart for keeping the Gospel central and encouraging believers to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Net enjoys serving behind the scenes, using her gifts of administration, organization, and strategic planning to strengthen the ministries of LifeGate. She enjoys bringing clarity to complex situations, supporting leaders, and creating systems that help people connect, serve, and grow together. Recently retired from a career in change consulting and HR technology administration, she is grateful to invest more of her time and energy in the life of the church.

Don and Net are the parents of two married children, Seth and Chelsea. They enjoy traveling internationally, kayaking, biking, and exploring in their micro camping van. 

Their desire is that every person who comes to LifeGate experiences the hope of Christ, authentic community, and lives transformed by the Holy Spirit.
