Doug and Faith Lamb have been married since 1980 and are longtime members of the Elizabethtown community. Together, they started a local construction business, which recently celebrated 45 years. They have two married daughters and six grandchildren and have shared many years of family, business, and ministry together.

Doug serves on the LifeGate leadership team and regularly shares in the preaching rotation. He is also deeply involved with the youth, where he consistently encourages and mentors young people. He has a particular passion for raising up the next generation of leaders and fostering their spiritual growth. He also enjoys being involved in the local community.

Faith spent 44 years serving with the family business, where she was involved in financial administration, human resources, and employee retirement programs. She serves at LifeGate by teaching children on Sunday mornings and helping create a welcoming environment for the church through seasonal decorating. Outside of church, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Together, Doug and Faith value investing in the next generation and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. They are grateful to be part of a church community where faith, family, and service are lived out together.
